Adam Sterling
Founder
Adam Sterling was the co-founder and director of the Sudan Divestment Task Force and Conflict Risk Network, both projects of the Genocide Intervention Network. Adam’s received a number of humanitarian awards and serves as an advisor on issues related to socially responsible investment to numerous institutional investors. In 2007, Adam was one of six featured subjects in the documentary, Darfur Now, produced by Academy Award nominee Don Cheadle. Adam’s writings and work have appeared extensively in the press; including contributions to The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Fort Worth Star-Telegram, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Christian Science Monitor, and National Public Radio. He has appeared on a number of broadcast news programs, including CNN’s Situation Room and CNBC’s Street Signs. Through his work, Adam has reviewed thousands of resumes and has hired and managed numerous successful employees.

Noah Armstrong
Lead Designer
Noah Armstrong is currently a graphic designer for the University of Notre Dame. He has spent time learning from and working for Anabliss Design in Denver, Colorado and Interbrand Design Forum in Dayton, Ohio. Working remotely from his Washington, DC office allows for flexibility to pursue outside projects. He maintains a studio in Mount Rainier, Maryland where he explores analog artistic endeavors. When not working and creating, he can be found on his bike, at a museum, or walking his dog.

Matthew Heck
Lead Web Developer
Matthew Heck is currently a freshman at Swarthmore College. Matthew's previous web development work has focused primarily on non-profit organizations such as Genocide Intervention Network, STAND, Teach Against Genocide, and Writers in Baltimore Schools. He has also worked for the Harry Potter news and community resource site Veritaserum.com and coordinates the Never Ignore, Never Forget relay (a group of students running across the country to raise money for anti-genocide programs). Matthew plans to continue his work as a web developer throughout and after college.
